DESCRIPTION:

The stone tower is thought to date from as early as the 16th century and is believed to have been a windmill. It is a grade II listed structure but had fallen into a poor condition with collapsed door heads, serious erosion of the stone at low level and major fractures.

After an initial report, O’Brien & Price Cheltenham drew up a remedial scheme to restore its structural integrity, obtained listed building consent and administered the repairs.
