A new four storey boarding house on a confined, and prominent site, between mature trees. O’Brien & price provided full Civil and Structural Engineering Services. The construction comprises concrete flat slabs and RC walls and columns on a piled foundation. The inner skin of the external walls and all internal partitions are of metal studwork construction. Close coordination was needed to accommodate the services.
