Wild Perry House

CONTRACT:
Wild Perry House, Cheltenham
CLIENT:
Marcus Hawtin Builders
ARCHITECT:
Stanley Partnership
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER:
O’Brien & Price Cheltenham Ltd

DESCRIPTION:

The development consisted of two new luxury houses in the grounds of Wild Perry House. The houses were constructed on piles and ground beams because of the ground conditions and the influence of nearby mature trees. The SUDS based surface water drainage scheme made use of a retention basin to provide attenuation storage and permeable paving for the driveways.
